Well, while I agree with you that we are in a wait and see period for BRZL, and I do believe the deal will go through.

Sam weiss does not own / control 54% of the issued shares, JR does, so to say that this is Sams company is a bit of a stretch...

Ive looked all over the web site, I cant find Sams name anywhere, its all JR just look for yourself, please show me where on the website it says that Sam has anything to do with it, thanks....

Jim Renfro, as stated in DD posted on this page and DD i have found myself, he has abtained multiple loans in the past from atleast 4 different banks, so Mr.Renfro has no issues when it comes to getting loans..

Weiss picked up BRZL, bankrupt defunct company and is facilitating the transfer to Renfro. Nothing more to really talk about. Renfro has a great rep and track record, Weiss is a respectable lawyer (such a thing?) (we've researched his background and doesnt have a rep for being shady). So we're left waiting. Nothing else funny or weird, no pumping, and I mean no pumping at all by BRZL. Get in cheap before the private placements and make a buck.

He who holds majority shares, can never be outvoted in any circumstance is the one running the ship. You can have other officers, CEO's, whatever, but Renfro can never be outvoted.
