They Owed $7.7 Million converted into 77,000,000,000 BILLION SHARES and Nic Toms Seems to have saved shareholder value for this company by letting the SEC revoke the stock . Nic tried to deal with Corey Robitsky and he refused to accept anyting but diluting the stock . all that is needed now is some time to get relisted and no doubt he is working feverishly on That !!!
