Well, unfortunately I think I would have more confidence in the hedgies finding the new reorganized company a buyer than three members of the equity committee. This is like a lawyer writing your will and putting his own name in as executor so he gets two cuts of your estate one as executor and one as lawyer for the executor. Smells. Would have rather seen one or more of the ec lawyers on the board with all their contacts/clients/and network.
