NYNY see chart-- check this chart -- it stop right on the resistance.. notice how the previous high was .89 cents (April '11) and it hit that today. == Now if it breaks .90 cents the target will be $2.00 on this.

Note: My two cents is Trigger at .90 cents Target is $1.80 0r 10-% gainer..
