I'd like to see him dig 5-10 ships wurth and have contracts lined up with pre inspection and then accept a buy-out offer at like .35 or whatever the math computes to.

He would first need money then he would want the the PPS to be as low as it can.. say .003 or so..

with no PR then I'm afraid it will keep bouncing around all day like it has been..

f1 - You have different approach to mine.
My previous post see it here take bit different direction of yours. However after a reply to that post by Micro-1 see it here, I want to accept his opinion. You actually seeing the final point of buying 60% at once. Of course Bob need a lot of money, but let's buy part by part, for example during 10 month time. In this case we can continue to operate and buy without much pain to our business.
