Yeh, he should probably wait!! Lets see why?? Oh ya, he doesnt have ANY MONEY!!! Get off the buyback! If your holding waiting for that , then you should sell, cause that isnt going to happen for a long time if ever! Im sure it was a thought at one time, but its time has passed and a reverse split after share price gets to a reasonable value, so they can uplist is the way to reduce share count.. Do the multiple, if they bought back at $0.01 x 1 bil.= $10 million. Simple, he does not have $10 mil! If price goes up just do the multiple! Waste of money for a startup company that needs something like $1.5 million to ship from mine to port to ship to China per Kriton size load. Better ways to use capital. So like I said if your holding for the buyback, better sell, cause that not what is going to drive share price up. JMO
