We need to undertand who is saying that they are audited. Their filings clearly stated that they were not audited on the papers. However, otc markets shows them as being "audited". Could just be a mistake on otcmarkets or do they know something we do not. I would think that we have access to the same filings that otcmarkets get but who knows??????? This is not a big deal for us at this point but I was just curious more than anything. And actually it could be a really big deal if we have done an audit.
I give you credit for the cpa part. You metioned a while back about the yearly report being in the wrong company name and sure enough they did fix that filing. So, I will take your opinion on matters seriously. Looks like they are getting it all done. Now we just wait for the fun to start.
