The Operating Losses can be used to offset future profits. So this reorged company needs to be profitable first...that's a big IF right there. Specualtion is that a company with alot of profits would scoop this up to make use of those NOL's and that is where we would get Paid. To acquire a company for a few billion and have multiple billion in profit offsets makes sense doesn't it? That's where the real money is, it's not like the NOLs give us billions of dollars right away. Investors were focussing on the 160 million valuation...that's why the stock price closed yesterday where it did. I think people will start thinking about the very situation I outlined and we should see a nice spike shortly. Just my opinion! Good luck all WAMUQ Longs!

I mean at the moment, how this will be in the future, I can't say. The NOLs have value, huge number of bilions. Read much.faster's calculations on Y!.
