At the moment, EC and WMI + HFs are in good negotiations, nobody knows what's happening behind the scenes. The NOLS aren't accessible for equity. We'll see the development. After 7-10 days we will see a first usable result. I won't destroy your hope, but I have seen so many hope in this case which was smashed by sucking
