I never followed GSTP very closely during the promotion, but it certainly seems quite convenient on many levels.

Was it ever confirmed that the company and its management which GSTP acquired and then rescinded actually exist? That seems very convenient as well, especially since the owners of that company are certainly the losers (on paper) in this transaction.
