Really, LOL

Shareholders said their investigation had failed so far to show that any of the hedge funds traded securities while in possession of material, nonpublic information, said Brian Rosen, a partner at law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP who represents Washington Mutual, during a hearing in a Delaware bankruptcy court on Tuesday.

Rosen speaks for Shareholders Now?

"Shareholders said their investigation had failed so far to show that any of the hedge funds traded securities while in possession of material, nonpublic information, said Brian Rosen" (aka Brown Rodent, IMHO)

This attorney has been adverse to Equity Shareholders for the entire Bankruptcy. Suddenly he has an Epiphany, 'Equity Shareholders might have a (small and insignificant) place at the table. Therefore, I now know what they know and they haven't proved anything, yet. (Nate Thoma's clear and convincing evidence subpoenaed by Appaloosa suddenly shut up their request to force it out of him when he just gave it to them. Nope, that was off the record and since the Deposition of Appaloosa was cancelled, it will never be on the record, if we can help it.) Thus, every thing I say is technically true... LOL IMHO
