Thanks "Tweetie Pie". I agree. JD doesn't want Susman and Co. to come up with any thing that could further incriminate JPM. I don't care what Rosen said but I do believe Susman found a lot of wrongdoing and agreed to remain silent in order to gain settlement.

I tend to lurk, but I've followed your posts for what seems like forever. Anyway, no Steinberg? I don't see how this proposed settlement works without DIMEQ going along, given the absolute priority rule. I mean, if DIMEQ is class 12, there's no problem, but _if_ DIMEQ was to lose and be class 21, ahead of equity, then there could be a $350M problem for equity, given that is the amount already won in the DIMEQ litigation. Do you have any information?

Somebody thinks there is something hidden that is worth some cash if they are willing to pony up $100 million.

Now that means that Susman and hie EXCELLENT TEAM have put us in the driver's seat. The vermin are exiting the sinking ship that was the WMI theft from Equity and the Big Cheese has apparently spoken from above.
