Yep. it trades very thin, do you know who's got those shares locked away? doesn't seem like it's the CEO, he only has a handful 53M(2.5M commons and 100K pref.(1 pref. = 500commons) = est. 53M commons ). from page 3 of attorney's letter... http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=47550

any insiders or institutional holdings here? that 2.8 o/s is up there but this trades like the float is even less than what's listed... 252M~ i like it!!! i'll be Long tomorrow.... smile

Hey Quinn! Thanks so much! Sandmil asked a question pertaining to this last night and I could not find info. This clears up a lot. No wonder SPQS is so thin. AN EASY 10 BAGGER FROM HERE! Actually considering where this stock was a month ago (.14!) I think it is more than a 10 bagger. GLTA!

118 million Held by one insider and not electronic shares... they are Paper and locked in his safe :)
