Shorting is a problem but there are virtually no buyers to move the price north. Even on days when there is little shorting the PPS doesn't go up. Back close to the 52 week low again today. GLTA

first off, HNSS can not buy back the float UNLESS they outright purchase shares from their investors.


so the notion that HNSS can buy the whole float is rediculous cuz there will always be people that will not sell for HNSS's offer price of say 0.0115.

now if HNSS offered a .25-.5 a share, then lots of people will definately sell
