At this point I think it is a longshot AVT comes in to rescue us. Why would they want to incur all the bad debentures. I feel if they wanted to it would have happened already but to me the writing is on the wall. Not even Mel can pump this up one more time as far as I am concerned. What I cannot believe is the investors who actually bought machines and never got delivery did not get together and go after his ass.

lol. At this point it is probably easier for him to make money dumping shares than selling machines. I mean, even if he could sell machines it's probably easier to refuse to sell them and just keep dumping stock for a salary.

Like someone mentioned, doesn't it some point come to pass when he would lose controlling majority? He would then require a shareholder vote to increase the A/S. Is this not true or can he get around this legally somehow? Really curious about this. Anyone know the fine details about how this works?
