I agree, in the past an uneventful hearing would be thought of as a disappointment. Now it is one day closer to the end of June confirmation hearing(which to me is code for settlement talks deadline). Neither side can really tip their hand and possibly hurt settlement talks. With the bullish trend no news is good news for all of us IMO.
