OD- "Any hint of partiality"- just wondering if Nok's position and respect in the ICC organization might "help" Nok in any number of ways e.g.:

* Some advantage in arbitrator selection, due to advance working knowledge of the each candidate’s history, biases, prior awards, etc.

* Perhaps some informal friendly advance "hint" of the results of a particular arbitration;

* Any sort of deference or special consideration of Nok;

* Perhaps Nok has a channel to submit unsolicited input to the ICC court on patent or technical matters in general e.g. that a failure of an arbitration panel to consider patent issues under an "all relevant factors" clause should be deemed as "misconduct";

* Etc.

Surely, Nok would NEVER attempt to exploit any opportunity, however minuscule or unethical, to advance their cause against IDCC?

Of course, we hope the arbitration process and ICC Court are beyond reproach.
