I have no doubt it has assets of 50mil, I did not say he was lying. I want to see how much of the 50mil in assets were bought with loans and payables. The key here is not the assets at the company but the owners equity (assets less debt and payables). What is it? Equity is not 50mil, assets are, we are missing the liabilities.
