Actually, my guess is if the Govt found a use for it, they would probably go thru a Boeing, or something like that. Like 3dicon, I don't think the Govt is in the manufacturing business, they have most of the stuff they use made, but contractors, like Boeing. So it is likely that 3dicon would make royalties from any sell Boeing made to the Govt.

The possibility of royalty free use of the tech for a company which opens it's wallet for 3Dicon has always been a bit of a concern for me. The update we got on May 10th leads me to believe there may not be an announcement of a deal with Boeing or other Fortune 500 company for FINANCING. How long has it been since we heard of the letter of interest from Boeing? It's been 4 months and nothing since...but the May 10th news under the financing bullet notes they are "in talks with investment banking groups". I'd rather not give away the tech if the finish line is within sight, then license Cspace to EVERYONE who wants to use it. We know there is a trade-show prototype receiving a lot of focus/attention right now so maybe independant development is going to work. I do suspect there has been a change in direction from simply needing a 'partner' to give them money, to finishing the prototype and letting the world come to them. I suspect Boeing wanted an arm and both legs for their help...thanks but no thanks. This road might take a lot longer, but should ultimately mean greater profit from royalties and licensing deals down the road. Just my opinion guys, perhaps I will be proven wrong but I have liked what I read in the May tenth news.

Thom, thanks for the info. I usually dabble in the tech side and skim the news about 'possible partnerships' so I now see the problems with royalty free and gov use. I am not disagreeing with you about the PVHO tech and the existing contracts and roll outs. I have a few (very few, unfortunately) shares of PVHO and hope that everything comes together with them! I have a very optimistic view of TDCP though, I think they are futher ahead then we realize and pending partnerships or funding IMO we are still looking at a cool and segment changing tech. Let's just hope we hear something soon. Again, thank you. Have a great day!
