No. I don't believe that could happen. He's committed himself. Monday will be a WONDERFUL day, as every daytrader who's made a couple of hundred bucks will be back at the table. The PPS of all classes might well rise above the 50% level, and it will be difficult to buy in. HOWEVER, Tuesday (the court hearing) may spell a different tale.

Simply put ... be VERY, VERY cautious.
