anyone care to speculate on the unchanged pps on dimez and the minimal move on huq's . I dont own any of these, but do you all think dimes will lose or settle outside of our case with jpm? do you all still think huq's will get there payout? I am unsure of these things cause we dont know the details of what the IT are actually giving up.

To SAPer: I'd agree with you. New-Co is not the SHs until a deal is signed and finalized. It would appear that we are only days away from that happening (if Rosen is now speaking, openly, about it's imminent possibility). The announcement of a finalized deal will clearly (and very positively) affect the price of all classes. Equally clearly ... at that moment in time, as the sole(?) owners of New-Co, it will be incumbent upon Mike W. to speak to us.
