Buying or selling is an individual investors call.

When a long thinks of selling it is entirely up to that investor.

While I may hold till $20.00 someone else may sell out at $10.00 and be very happy with the gains they received.

No one knows what the final settlement or settlement news which will drive the market will be or when it will come.
