Nice post. I like Waterloo....and I think they have their heads screwed on straight.

And THAT'S why I think that, a year or so from now.....they will own all of the EI licenses....with nary one of EI's current management in sight.

I might have said that EI would become a sub of Waterloo....but why would Waterloo want to pick up over two million dollars of debt?

If I'm right....our stock will be worthless. I hope I'm wrong...but I have to face financial reality.
