Josh,

the .15 requirement can be taken care of with a 15 to 1 split. But as you mentioned, Hollis did say it is within his timeline to uplist. Just thought the sooner the better.Hey, didn't you say you were from Canada.Maybe you can spread the word about DGRI, as it is probably unknown over there. They will give it the proper consideration if you show them the NI 43-101, as that is what they base everything on.

Thanks,

Josh,

I listened to a recording of the interview at the conference and I believe Hollis stated he thought the company was undervalued and the pps should be $.10. I would be suspect of Venture Law Groups criterion for representation. Always negotiable. The Palo Alto office passed up Yahoo when the boys scribbled the idea on their blackboard way back when. That is from the horses mouth. I don't think there is any more money in Canada then the US for our kind of deal. I do think there are fewer sharp deal makers in the US who have spent the time to understand this industry. You know as well as I do that doing Due Diligence on one of these things is a nightmare. The saving grace is small investors can get a relatively large position at a low price without waiting for an IPO that they can't afford anyway. I sincerely encourage you and the company to make every effort to succeed without a reverse split. Dilution is ok if the price is right and there is a tangible return on the stock contributed to the deal.
