I agree with the 15:1 split. I think that's why the 0.15 share price valuation was mentioned.

Hollis is aware that I have some very well suited investors here in Canada (the name was mentioned during the Investors Conference presentation) and welcomed the introduction but said he would like to get a few things ready beforehand (he wants Dutch Gold to be able to make its best impression).

A 15 for 1 split? How much you want to bet that it will be brought down to a penny. Reverse stock splits work best when above $1 pps

Owning a sizable amount of DGRI is on several people's and groups radar screen. However, they may be invested in other things that are not selling well or the timing of the sale isn't right or the terms aren't yet right. DGRI has been discovered. That's another reason for the low price so shares can be consolidated into fewer hands.
