But today is Friday the 13th. For those who are tricadecaphobes, I imagine a decision over the weekend or on some other day would be preferred. :-)

My3sons: Haver you ever heard anyone talk about the ICC 'clearing its calendar every Friday,' and that the decision was likely to be released on the Monday following the Friday on which the ICC cleared the Nokia v. InterDigital arbitration from its calendar.

I was talking to someone yesterday who told me this and I was wondering if you or anyone else had heard of this.

This person seemed to think that the decision would come on a Monday.

This would be helpful to know, so I could .. you know ...
