There appears to be little doubt that NOK will need a 3G license after 2006.

With 500 patents in the pipeline, another 18 months will make it extremely difficult to design around IDCC patents, or make a legal case for invalidation.

NOK's boyz are surely monitoring each patent approval, and sending the info. up top.
