Leadership starts at the top, and a clear lesson has been sent to the CEO on message and brand - the question is will he listen?

Really? Who sent that clear lesson?

And what "brand" are we talking about? Most brands that I am familiar with are associated with a product or products -- but maybe that's just an old-fashioned notion that has no relevance in this brave new world of social media that includes such wonders as blogging directors jabbering on about sundry matters, including things they know nothing about.
