So let's not hold any more elections because we already know who will be elected. And let's not hold a shareholder's meeting because we may hurt the feelings of Peter Ntephe. And let's not have a shareholder's meeting because it will cost too much. Really?

I'll add one more thing. These meetings are the ONLY opportunity shareholders have to meet with management face to face. Even if it is contencious it is still informative. At least PN cannot hide under his desk in London at these meetings. If he is CEO material let him act like it in front of his shareholders.
