As usual, you are correct on the purpose of an AGM and the need to hold one. My view is just that I think we would all leave with the same crappy feelings we had last year, NO NEW INFO, and the bottom line would be just a waste of money. The directors are going to be who the big boy wants them to be regardless of how anyone else feels.
