I haven’t seen any links to a video feed.

The schedule doesn’t mention when/if Gary gives his full speech. They also don't show a list of the "invited guests". I would imagine traffic on the ISTEC Channels should have picked up by now. Unless they try to spin it and say they used new private channels for this meeting.

Maybe Gary will be on Solve with updates and helping people set up accounts after his opening presentation.
