Loop, I also took note of the way IDCC seems to take the high road in their response. They could have really laid it on, but seemed to use some real restraint while clearly getting their point across.

I had the feeling after reading NOK's reply brief that there was a fairly good chance the Judge would side with NOK and reject IDCC's motion to dismiss. However, I now feel that IDCC has everything working for them and this will probably be dismissed.

By the way, how long before the Judge rules on the motion to dismiss?

So far, it does look like Nokia is telling IDCC that if IDCC is not seeing Nokia's way, then Nokia is going to use whatever legal mean to delay and handicap IDCC's ability to collect.

However, as the share price is at this low level, I hope the Judge let this case proceed. The less delay the better.
