Yes, they told us about the increase. The increased A/S will help with mergers/acquisitions

RAMO used up the old A/S of 200M, so had to raise the A/S for the possibility of needing future financing provided deals such as the ones in the works now came along...BUT, that being said, as stated by the company management, they plan to use private placements and restricted shares for that funding in addition to the 5 million free float shares they plan to release into the market over the next three years...the float should remain nice and low here and our asset value will be through the roof...a real gem in the making if they pull through with all these mergers...looks like they will with the power purchase agreements already in place...

The AS increase was done in late Feb. The increased was done to fit acquisitions. When u acquire companies, you have to exchange them with restricted shares (additions to the OS). The OS can't exceed the AS, that's why the AS was increased. Hope that helps u Moonkiss.

We have 2 RM's done now, another one coming. As u can probably tell. Since the AS increase, the accum/dist has not gone down, meaning they didn't increase the AS to dillute. In fact, accum/dist has gone up
