The AS increase was done in late Feb. The increased was done to fit acquisitions. When u acquire companies, you have to exchange them with restricted shares (additions to the OS). The OS can't exceed the AS, that's why the AS was increased. Hope that helps u Moonkiss.

We have 2 RM's done now, another one coming. As u can probably tell. Since the AS increase, the accum/dist has not gone down, meaning they didn't increase the AS to dillute. In fact, accum/dist has gone up
