If it goes back to current levels the Mcap would be $411, at which point you could probably buy the whole company!!! LOL

On a serious note, I spent the better part of this morning looking over the NT10Q and crunching some numbers and here is what i came up with

1) even with the $525,000, from the $750K X3 deal booked in that quarter, backed out, the company still did $2.25MM in sales which is an alltime high. This must be attributed to the resurgence in Consulting business (based on my next point)

2) with 2,75MM in sale and SG&A from last quarter of 1.068MM the company had a GP of $1.6MM or 61% which is insanely high, and must be consulting not software sales. and in fact it might be higher since Jeff mentioned that they hired 6 new employees over the past 2 months!!


This is a well times R/S!! not a desperation move for relisting!!
