MARK MELLER is a COMPLETE FAILURE as a CEO!!

The face you put on to the public is directly related to the success of a company.

Is MELLER'S face the face of a company anyone wants to invest in?

NO! My gawd the man can't even SHOW his FACE in PUBLIC, why?!

Again this was not well thought out regarding shareholders or reputation!

IMO Mark Meller doesn't have the tools it takes to be a great CEO.

He is an accountant by any other definitiion. He doesn't deserve to have a job running a company the way he has treated the shareholders! If I were a sitting board member my vote would be to remove this man at once and bring in a true leader!!



Meller is self serving and doesn't give a rats behind about the most important people It's shareholders!



The CEO always must think first of the shreholders! I do not see this at all!

2) with 2,75MM in sale and SG&A from last quarter of 1.068MM the company had a GP of $1.6MM or 61% which is insanely high, and must be consulting not software sales. and in fact it might be higher since Jeff mentioned that they hired 6 new employees over the past 2 months!! This is a well times R/S!! not a desperation move for relisting!!

Interesting points. I haven't had time to check out the filings, but from what I have seen, it seems you might be right about the timed R/S. Hopefully we will get a shareholder update from Meller outlining his plan, because that would make the whole scenario look much brighter.....

Hopefully that happens!
