I strongly disagree. I would say the company has a valuable asset, which would be a good thing. I believe that definitely adds to shareholder value.
Just think, a company able to help finance their RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT operation by selling a piece of property along with collecting license income fees and consulting fees. AWESOME!
A little DD would prove that there are so many pinks that don't report income of any kind trading higher.
