Anyone with any knowledge of accounting proceedures would care.

AND CARE A LOT!

If, for example, a business with NO OPERATING INCOME for the last hundred years managed to sell of a piece of land bordering their operating facility (at a profit) it would be OTHER INCOME and it wouldn't have a damn thing to do with their operations nor their potential.
