of course, the questions I raised in my previous post all beg the obvious question: Did JD lie when he said no reverse split?

And, if the rs does happen, does this make JD a liar?

If not, why?

1. Can either of you commit to taking the very clear form that Jerry justed posted and contacting directly your special, trustworthy, vetted contacts within EXPH and ask them to immediately fix the "mistake" on the Nevada form?

2. If you don't want to do this, would you still agree, in light of the form and its instructions, that JD was clearly mistaken in saying that the rs language in the current filings is not correctable?

3. If not, why?

4. Do you believe that JD lied when he said that the rs problem was not correctable?

5. If not, then will you admit that JD should be eager to fix the rs language, since now it has been shown that it is easily correctable?

i contacted the NV SOS lawyer ~ so did veno
my suggestion hasn't changed .. contact said
lawyer .. then contact mgmt .. info *delivered*
by both is *remarkably consistent*

also please note ~ there is no reason
for the NV SOS form to be *corrected*

i've said for months <since the SM>
that *current* mgmt aren't calling
the shots per se even tho' they get
to be the *face* of expo and garner
all of the *blame/scorn/yada yada yada*

and i have no doubts that exph will undergo
a r/s in due course .. the only ? i have as
an actual expo shareholder .. is when that
comes to pass ~ this year or a few years down
the road .. my sincere wish is that the new ceo
takes the co. private in 2011 .. after proving
what is held and by whom which imo will be the
catalyst for a run to cover on those 100s of
MILLIONS of EXPH SHARES SHORTED @ .0002/.0001
and NEVER COVERED ..

of course if one contacts and asks current mgmt
about the possibility of the co. being taken private
one is quickly disabused of that notion
