1. Can either of you commit to taking the very clear form that Jerry justed posted and contacting directly your special, trustworthy, vetted contacts within EXPH and ask them to immediately fix the "mistake" on the Nevada form?

2. If you don't want to do this, would you still agree, in light of the form and its instructions, that JD was clearly mistaken in saying that the rs language in the current filings is not correctable?

3. If not, why?

4. Do you believe that JD lied when he said that the rs problem was not correctable?

5. If not, then will you admit that JD should be eager to fix the rs language, since now it has been shown that it is easily correctable?
