It means they have yet to complete UL testing and determine the efficiency of the unit. This product needs to be competative to garner it's share of the market and that is something we do not know yet. When they establish it's efficiency and we get good results, that PR will definitely generate huge interest and the pps should rock. Until then this will probably be trading lower with some peaks and valleys, wish we could have had a more solid PR. JMHO
