How can you be a complete advocate for your clients

and not turn over all material you discover to them regarding the case? How can you possibly have agreements with both CMKX and the their shareholders and serve both completely and transparently?

If I am paying an attorney to represent me in a hearing, I would be VERY upset to find out he is also receiving money and/or locked in a signed agreement with the very company being investigated at the hearing. An agreement which seems to include provisions to hide important case material from SOME OF the clients he represents.
