Is this something that you are in the process of submitting? It does not appear in the docket book on the NH PUC website yet.

I think the DATE of the purchase of the EDREST property should be listed. I wonder if ANY of it was purchased by EDREST AFTER THE INTIAL FILING OF LLEG FOR THE POWER PLANT. Because IMO, anyone buying property AFTER THE FILING, then crying that the property value would drop, Well, seems not to be a good decision maker. Especially again if any was purchased after the initial filing!!

Jon: maybe you should move to New Bedford, Massachusetts, I hear there is a BioMass plant you can try and stop because of real Estate prices :)
