Question: if the CEO is refraining from making comments regarding Berlin details - equity, monies, etc, why is it Edrest Properties posted them on this board this morning? Also, if information regarding the equity in this project were governed by a NDA, wouldn't this information enjoy some degree of confidentiality during the proceedings?

Due to matters pending before the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee we will refrain from making further public comment at this time, though we fully expect all of the details of our sale of this project's equity holdings and our continued obligations pursuant to certain Management Services Agreements to be addressed in our upcoming filing with the U.S. SEC.
