Rox has stated .1% for each technically essential patent. Thanks to the "hopefully independent report" we can apply percentages between 10 to 20% against what is declared essential to come up with the unarguably truly essential.
Furthermore, based on IDC's additional essential patents declared since '03, it seems .5% should be worst case scenario for 3g and .5% isn't bad.

All of those new patents posted on IHUB for almost 18 months, were not included in the analysis!

I'm still taking deep breathes, thinking about how this will affect the Delaware suit, if NOK decides to continue to make war, and not love.
