#71 RE: pual #70

The company management has made itself available to people who call in or write. This takes HOURS out of their time. Hours that take time away from running the business. And yet . . . when they take all this time to speak honestly and openly they get bashed. "Roger Brunetti seems like an honest and direct guy but he may be lying" "Victoria Duff called me personally because she doesn't want to put anything in writing" "Javeed Matin spent 30 minutes answering my questions, so why does he have time to talk to me on the phone? It worries me that a CEO has time to talk with me on the phone instead of running his company" and other such comments [I am just paraphrasing what I have seen posted and I am sure some of you recognize those statements from the RB board] So . . . what do you WANT? Is there ANYTHING this company can do to satisfy you?

In 1999 the company did have a US audit done. The auditor went to Bangladesh and spent a month looking at everything in detail. Guess what happened? Bashers trashed the auditor. Made 200 calls a day to his office. That's going to happen again. There is an audit taking place by a US firm and when it is released, my guess is that you will all have your same questions. "How do we know the audit isn't a fake?" "It says on line 15 that they spent $400 on stamps. No real company spends $400 on stamps!"

They cannot post on the boards because anything they post will be attacked by the bashers and put down as company hype which is really worse than what is already happening.

They're doing road shows now. They hired a different IR firm. They replaced the "crappy website". They are putting much more detail into their PR. They released the unaudited 3rd Quarter financials. They are busy buying trucks and doing deals. The guys at Veltex Transportation took the time to take truck pictures. They are answering your phone calls. It seems to me they are being as responsive as they can and still remain within the law.

YES! Ask the questions! However, once you have asked the questions and received the answers, you will continue to have doubts raised by bashers who complain that all the trucks aren't painted the same color or the audits for Year End 2002 are not ready in November 2002.

Do your due diligence! But also pay attention to what you learn and not to "VLVT is a SCAM" "VLVT is a SCAM" "VLVT is a SCAM"
