What we DO know is this deal, by the numbers, is...
AWESOME
Let's face it, the numbers will NOT be released until the deal closes. Stop moaning about Sig's little slip up -- he's put us in a great place so everyone can win. (Even the flippers are getting a little bit along the way. Only the shorts -- if they exist -- will be crushed.)
Personally, I think the deal could close this month, but what's a few more weeks?
As for oversubscribed, I think it might be. If what happened to me last week was any indication, the institutions are already all over this little equity play. (I had someone offer to take me out at 145% of market if I would sell at least 80% of my position. I told them to "blank" off.)
Old Guy, you must have a 6th sense. I think you picked a great time to move back in.
