At our round table discussion one of the guy made a good point.
He said JBII is nothing but a fruit stand with a want to be farmer.
GEYI is a grocery store.

I, of course, do not know the inside details on where Covanta is in the testing process (I expect it will end soon) unlike those associated with JBII who know all all the time and are not shy about broadcasting it.

I do feel the pulse of the situation and have seen no publication of ANYTHING negative from Covanta as might be expected if they were not pleased with results to date and had terminated the GEYI-Alphakat agreement which resulted in the present year long test. Quite the opposite, actually - I have seen GEYI-Alphakat agree to Covanta's request to alter the original agreement so Covanta has an EXCLUSIVE hold on the tech - in itself a MOST encouraging development. And, as well, I see GEYI execs putting up 100s of $1,000 purchasing GEYI shares which leads me to think they see happy days ahead.

I sure do!!

Production-ready - wow, where did you get that from?

Sure, it is a great rubber-stamp if a large company is interested. However the reality looks different. We have been interested in purchasing one of the plants and here is my impression.

The technology seems to be too sensitive. On the website of Alphakat you can see a lot of "reference" photos, plants that make the impression to work. Try to get the permission to visit one of them. You will hear a lot of excuses, why it is not possible (owner does not allow it, etc.). You can, if you are lucky, visit a small demonstration plant in Eppendorf, Germany, but that is not running 24/7.

Most photos are from a plant in Tarragona, Spain. That plant was supposed to work years ago and is still not in operation. If you ask insiders, currently it seems that there is not even one plant in 24/7/330 operation.

In a recent SEC notification, the CEO of Global Energy explained in a rare move that "As of the date hereof, we are still working (meaning, we have not completely given up yet?)with our partners to develop the KDV technology", but "The new (turbine) design shows from first look better performance compared to the previous design." Gimme a break! This development started in 2005, and the design still only "looks better" than previous designs?

Global Energy is now also looking in other directions for liquid fuel technology. There seems to be sand in the gearbox with Alphakat!

Fact is that the proprietary technology also seems to be the Achilles heel of the technology. Problems seem hard to overcome, as they have been festering for years now without a solution. My advice for investors - be careful.
