I, of course, do not know the inside details on where Covanta is in the testing process (I expect it will end soon) unlike those associated with JBII who know all all the time and are not shy about broadcasting it.

I do feel the pulse of the situation and have seen no publication of ANYTHING negative from Covanta as might be expected if they were not pleased with results to date and had terminated the GEYI-Alphakat agreement which resulted in the present year long test. Quite the opposite, actually - I have seen GEYI-Alphakat agree to Covanta's request to alter the original agreement so Covanta has an EXCLUSIVE hold on the tech - in itself a MOST encouraging development. And, as well, I see GEYI execs putting up 100s of $1,000 purchasing GEYI shares which leads me to think they see happy days ahead.
