I suggest you study the videos suggesting there is next to no activity for several months. It is quite common that companies announce a buy-back of shares to influnce the market withoud doing any significant buy-back. I beleive there are strict limitations to how many shares that can be bought back in one day. It is therefore not likely that the company bought a large part of those shares.
